Adsorption-type dry waste gas abatement system. This system can treat AsH3 and other gases which require hermetic space safely

Sealing treatment of highly toxic AsH3 gas is possible. Regarding those highly toxic gases that cannot be released, this system can treat them safely with a sealed structure.
No fuel or supply is required. Effective when treating gas that cannot be treated with water (such as SiH4). And since no fuel is used, there is no CO2 emission as well.
Dual-reactor system is also available. Alternate running & switching between two reactors is possible. Automatic switching is applied to the system.
